Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Angaza (trading as Angazakids) is a Kenyan online shop selling downloadable, CBC-aligned learning materials for children — workbooks, worksheets, colouring pages, stories, flashcards, posters and revision questions. These Terms govern your use of angazakids.co.ke (the "Site") and any purchase made on it. By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Digital products

Everything sold on Angaza is a digital product delivered as a file (PDF, image, or similar) — there is no physical shipment. Once you complete payment, your file(s) are sent to the WhatsApp number you provide at checkout, usually within a few minutes and always within the same day.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and may change at any time without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is made via M-Pesa, either by sending payment directly to the number shown at checkout or, where available, via an M-Pesa STK prompt. An order is only confirmed once payment is verified.

4. Licence to use

When you buy an activity from Angaza, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and print it for use by your own child, children, or classroom. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, or upload our materials to other websites, marketplaces, or file-sharing platforms, whether for free or for payment. Angaza and its illustrations, layouts and text remain the property of Angaza/SA Technologies unless stated otherwise.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we do not generally offer refunds once a file has been sent. Exceptions are made where:

• the file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or the wrong item; or
• you were charged but never received your file due to an error on our end.

In these cases, contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of purchase with your M-Pesa code and we will re-send the correct file or issue a refund to the same M-Pesa number.

6. Free samples

Free samples are provided to let you preview the quality of our materials before buying. They may carry a watermark and are for personal evaluation only — the same restrictions on resale and redistribution in Section 4 apply.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to submit false payment information, attempt to access the admin area without authorisation, or interfere with the Site's normal operation.

8. Limitation of liability

Angaza provides its materials "as is" to support learning at home and in the classroom; we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes. To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, Angaza's liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products or the law. The "Last updated" date above will always show the current version.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
